Kelston fete rocks to da Mighty Beaconaires with Fellowdread

Kelston Records provided the music for this year’s epic Kelston Fete 2017. It came in the form of a musical celebration of the legacy to the community of H.I.M Heile Selassie I. The band was da Mighty Beaconaires, with guest stars Pete Judge, Ross Hughes and Fellowdread.

Reflections of an English village fete: dub poet Fellowdread joined da Mighty Beaconaires.  Click below to hear Liquidator with his poem Words.

It was a fundraiser for Fairfield House, the former home of H.I.M, gifted to the City of Bath for care of the elderly. The hope is to raise sufficient funds to create an independent charity which could act as steward for this unique royal and sacred legacy.
